Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 2 working days after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 5–15 business days. Within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Once you receive the item, please open the package with the currier present. If the item is damaged you have to write it down on the CMR as clearly as possible. Shipping company will take no responsibility for damaged items if there is nothing written on the CMR.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you wish SVT Balti to organize the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank policies.
